Email every weekday (Mon – Fri each week)
Each email will have a healing or insight for the day (video or audio)

What to expect?
To be honest I am not sure where these sessions over the 6 weeks will take us! We will have to see what the energy of the group wants & needs.
What I do know is that over the years of healing I have done on myself & others, opening the heart energy and clearing away the blocks – which stop us from being heart-centred, loving of others & self, & really letting love to flow in our lives – is an occurring theme. A theme which takes us on a journey and is constant in all our lives.
The heart holds such a space for us on all levels – mental/emotional/physical/spiritual – which means working on clearing any heart blocks works on everything!
